Our Story
Geek City opened its doors in 2014 to help Eastern Iowa fill its shelves with good games and good times. We expanded our store into the online realm during COVID and started organizing bigger and better ways to keep our customers and players connected and in contact so our communities can thrive. And while we stopped carrying comics in early 2023, we continue to expand our offerings of board games, card games, miniatures games and a clean & friendly play space to enjoy them all in. Our staff, while small, does its best to be welcoming to everyone and helpful!
Our store regularly participates in local conventions and hosts many events as well, so make sure to look for us when you go!
